Psychosocial Recovery Coach

Psychosocial recovery coaching can support you with your recovery and is funded through your NDIS plan. Recovery means being able to live a purposeful and meaningful life.

A psychosocial recovery coach is a new NDIS service designed to support individuals with a psychosocial disability to take more control of their lives and to better manage the complex challenges of day-to-day living.

They work collaboratively with individuals, their families, carers and other services to design and implement a recovery plan and help with the coordination of other NDIS supports.
